one day im just like, " i have to learn have to hullahoop" so after about 50 tries, i had it perfectly. now im a pro! one of my friends on my block do contests with me. he one of triplets 2 girls,one boy. they last for hours!!! everyone wonders how to do it. but i dont know what to tell them... do you hullahoop?

you can use a lighter hullahoop. the water-filled heavy ones hurt me too. but if its too light you cant hold it for that long.
